Video: O’odua nation agitators take over Oyo Assembly complex

Agitators for the Oodua Nation on Saturday occupied the complex of the Oyo State House of Assembly complex with a view to take over legislative activities.

It was gathered that the agitators took over the assembly complex and hosted their flag before arrival of security personnel.

Arrival of the security agencies at the venue prompted the agitators to engage them in a gun battle.

Eyewitness report indicated that some of the Oodua Nation agitators wore Army uniform when they stormed the assembly complex.

As at the time of filling this report, Police officers, Amotekun and other security personnel have arrived the scene to put the situation into order.

Many of the suspected agitators have been arrested and whisked away by the security agencies.
