Afam Ogene, the representative for Ogbaru Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has appointed 70 aides to enhance service delivery across his constituency in Anambra State.

In a statement, Ogene emphasized that the appointments reflect his commitment to providing excellent service to the people of Ogbaru.

The newly appointed aides, who include advisers, special assistants, executive assistants, and others, will play key roles in supporting the lawmaker’s objectives.

The appointment letters, signed by Ogene’s Chief of Staff, Chinedum Uwolloh, and obtained by our correspondent on Tuesday, outlined the specific responsibilities of the aides.

According to the letter, the aides will “assist the office of Hon. Ogene in achieving its core objective of delivering excellent service to the people of Ogbaru Federal Constituency in your specific area of appointment or perform any other duties assigned by the office from time to time.”

The letter further highlighted that the appointments were made based on the appointees’ experience and dedication to the success of Ogene’s representation.

“The newly appointed aides are expected to bring their expertise and enthusiasm to their critical roles, particularly in enhancing service delivery to the constituents,” the letter stated.

The aides will receive monthly allowances designed to motivate them and improve their economic conditions, allowing them to focus on their duties without financial concerns.

“These allowances are intended to supplement their income, allowing them to better meet their basic needs and focus on providing exceptional service to the constituents of Ogbaru Federal Constituency,” the letter added.

Among the appointees are notable figures such as Mr. David Chukwuekezie and Ben Nwasike, both Special Advisers on Political Matters; Emmanuel Akpati, Head of Media Relations; Maxwell Nwebo, Special Assistant on Events; Frank Oduah, Personal Assistant on Education Programmes; Tina Nwafor, Special Assistant on Women Mobilisation; and Amechi Ede, Executive Assistant on Religious Affairs.
