NFF re-appointment Danjuma as Falconets’ head couch

Nigeria Football Federation NFF on Wednesday announced the re-appointment of Christopher Danjuma as Nigeria U20 women’s national team head coach.

However, NFF also announced Yahaya Audu and former U17 girls’ assistant coach, Mansur Abdullahi will be the goalkeeper trainer and assistant coach respectively.

Danjuma first assignment is against Mauritius which is scheduled to be held in Saint Pierre, Mauritius on Sunday, 8th October 2023 before the return leg in Nigeria on Saturday, 14th October at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja

With 100% performance in the group stage, Netherlands beat the Falconets in the quarter-final stage of the 2022 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Costa Rica.

The Nigeria U20 girls have never missed playing at the world cup.
