Nigerian singer, Azeez Fashola, a.k.a Naira Marley said he has returned to Nigeria.

The Malian president disclosed this in a post on his X (Twitter) handle late Tuesday.

Naira Marley pledged to assist the security agencies with the ongoing investigation into the death of Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, (Mohbad) and according to him, he would be meeting with the Police with the hopes of uncovering the truth.

His tweet reads “I’d like to share that I’ve just arrived back in Lagos, Nigeria to assist the authorities with the ongoing investigation. It’s important I do my part for Imole. I’ll be meeting with the police with hopes for the truth to be uncovered and for justice to prevail,”

Recalls Mohbad died under controversial circumstances on September 12, 2023, and some people accused Naira Marley and Sam Lary of involvement in the death of the fast-rising singer who died at the age of 27.
