Ministers-designate begin documentation ahead Monday’s swearing-in

The ministers appointed by President Tinubu’s administration have begun documentation today, 19th of August, 2023.

It was gathered that the exercise started on Saturday afternoon ahead of the swearing-in billed for Monday.

The documentation is taking place at office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation till Sunday.

Only 45 out of 48 ministerial nominees were confirmed by the Senate on August 7.

Following their confirmation, President Tinubu approved their portfolio on Wednesday.

The Permanent Secretary, General Services, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Nnamdi Mbaeri on Thursday said the exercise is expected to end on Sunday, August 20.

Mbaeri urged the ministers to come with their curriculum vitae, birth certificate/declaration of age, two passport photographs, among others.
