Residents of Lapai Local Government of Niger on Friday set a man, Sule Sakon Kano ablaze after he allegedly kidnapped two children.
In a news gathered, the suspect was carrying the children away to an unknown destination when he was accosted by some residents who asked him where he was taking the two children to.
