Italian Serie A: Napoli crush Udinese as Osimhen snubs media distraction

Italian Serie A champions, Napoli on Wednesday evening won a comfortable 4-1 win over the visiting Udinese.

Nigeria’s Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen put the media distraction behind him and registered his name on the scorers sheet.

Recall that the Nigerian international has recently shown his displeasure to the club following an embarrassing video mocking him and posted on the Tiktok handle of the club.

Playing at home, Zielinski put the hosts ahead in the 19th minute from the penalty spot before Osimhen pumped up the volume to double Napoli’s lead in the 39th minute.

Kvaratshekelia made it 3-0 for the Naple club in the 74th minute before Samardic reduced the tally for the away side.

Simone netted the 4th goal for Napoli after replacing Osimhen in the 63rd minute and ensured a maximum point for Napoli.
