After the appointment of new Prime Minister Ali Mahaman Lamine Zeine, the military leaders in Niger have formed a new government to be led by the Prime Minister.
According to a decree read out on Niger national television on Thursday, the junta formed a 21-member government with generals from the new military governing council heading the defence and interior ministries.
